By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as other terms set forth in the GreatCoins.com Dealer Agreement, Frequently Asked Questions, and elsewhere on the site. You also agree to comply with all local laws and other applicable laws and regulations. This agreement applies to all GreatCoins.com users, including (but not limited to) buyers, sellers, commenters, bloggers, posters in forums, and anyone else who contributes or accesses content.
If you do not agree to the Terms listed here, your use of the site is prohibited.
Membership Requirements
GreatCoins.com may be used only by individuals who are at least 18 years old, or under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or are under such supervision. If you are a parent or guardian supervising a minor while they use GreatCoins.com, then you are responsible for all activities they engage in on the site.

- Sell or attempt to sell items that are counterfeit, altered, doctored, or otherwise don’t match their descriptions
- Infringe on others’ copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Be defamatory or unlawfully threatening, harassing, or intimidating
- Falsely impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, company or organization
- Violate any of the other guidelines and policies listed in the Dealer Agreement, Copyright Policy, or General Terms of Service

GreatCoins.com is copyrighted and a registered trademark for CollectorCity.com, LLC. All programming and graphics supplied by GreatCoins.com is also copyrighted. GreatCoins.com’s logos, designs, photos, graphics and other content, are trademarks or trade dress of GreatCoins.com and may not be used in connection with any other website, service, or product in a manner that is likely to cause confusion.
This site is property of CollectorCity.com, LLC. CollectorCity.com, LLC owns, controls, and licenses all logos, designs, photos, graphics and other content for it. Site users may download and use content for personal or other non-commercial purposes. No other use shall be permitted without prior explicit written authorization from CollectorCity.com, LLC. No material from GreatCoins.com may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes. These terms shall not be construed to confer by implication or otherwise any license to use any copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual property belonging to CollectorCity.com to any third party.

You may list items that are copyrighted or trademarked by another party if the item is genuine and was in fact made by the copyright or trademark holder.
You may not list counterfeits, fakes, replicas, unauthorized reproductions, or items that otherwise did not come from the source indicated. Unauthorized copying of a copyrighted or trademarked item is illegal, and might infringe on someone else’s intellectual property rights.
If you list an item that violates these terms, then it may be reported and removed. Your account may also be suspended for severe conduct.
No Dealer Agency
Dealers who open shops using GreatCoins.com are independent contractors. Therefore, no agency, partnership, joint venture, or similar relationship is created with GreatCoins.com.
Linked Content
GreatCoins.com is not responsible for the content of any of the websites to which our users link. We have not reviewed all sites to which we are linked, and users who click on links do so at their own risk.
Governing Law
Interpretation, application, and enforcement of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
Severability
If it is determined that any provision in these Terms is unenforceable, then it will be severed and modified as necessary, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Refunds
There are no refunds, you are free to cancel your subscription to GreatCoins.com at any time.
